Our Leadership Team

Tania Khalid is 4points Group’s co-founder, president and CEO. Her international development experience spans eleven years, during which she has worked in Iraq (including Kurdistan), the UAE, Afghanistan, Turkey, Jordan and Kuwait. In addition to 4points Group, she has also managed programming for Care International, the Iraqi American Chamber of Commerce and the Sandi Group. Her areas of expertise include management and logistics, human resources and communications. Since co-founding 4points Iraq in 2007, she has greatly expanded the company’s project portfolio, which now includes over 40 separate projects and events. Tania looks forward to leveraging her unique experience in the MENA and Central Asian regions to benefit 4points Group’s expanded presence in the MENA region.

Ahmed Abbas is 4points Group’s co-founder and Vice President of Programs and Branches. He has worked in international development in the MENA region for over 10 years, including post-conflict operating environments. His experience includes co-coordinating such large-scale projects as the Community-based Conflict Mitigation program (led by Relief International) in Iraq. Currently, he oversees a number of national-level surveys in Iraq, as well as several USAID access to justice and civil society capacity-building projects. His areas of expertise include program management, company security, budgeting and finance. Prior to joining 4points Group, Ahmed managed projects for Relief International and Sandi Group.

Mohannad Abdulhay is 4points Group’s co-founder and Vice President of Operations. A native of Iraq, he has co-led development projects in the Middle East for ten years. His areas of expertise include project management and public relations. He has also implemented numerous training and capacity-building programs for diverse clients spanning the public, private and non-profit sectors. In addition, Mohannad has managed large-scale projects, including the youth component of USAID’s Community-Based Conflict Mitigation program. Mohannad’s previous employers include the Iraqi American Chamber of Commerce, Sandi Group and Relief International. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in information and libraries management from Al- Mustanserya University, Baghdad.

Alison Wittenberg is 4points Group’s Director of Programs. Alison has garnered extensive experience managing development projects in both the Middle East and Asia, including 21 separate projects for 4points Group, with budgets ranging from $12,200 to $3.7 million. She is currently overseeing two large-scale survey projects for 4points Iraq, as well as the US Department of State’s Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) project and the International Finance Corporation’s Business Edge program, both in Iraq. Alison holds a Master’s in Public Administration and Public Management from Rutgers University.
